At Veritable Venue Management we are passionate about delivering excellent customer service whilst running a venue in the most optimal and efficient manner. We offer over fifty years combined experience managing a range of venues and properties including but not limited to sports clubs, cafes, film locations, retail outlets, members clubs, physiotherapy practices and private properties.
There are many fantastic venues that are not being used to their full potential and that’s where we come in. We have a proven track record of increasing revenue, memberships and footfall by analysing all aspects of a venue’s operations and working out how to make a business function more efficiently, reduce costs and increase profits. We have undertaken major refurbishment projects, organised events for up to 9000 people, managed over 60 acres of grounds, organised a variety of sports tournaments and even catered for royalty.
We know what works and what doesn’t. Sometimes you just need a fresh pair of eyes, we won’t make changes for the sake of it – ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ as the saying goes but we won’t necessarily agree with being told ‘but this is the way we’ve always done it’.
